SEAH’S SCALLOP SHARK’S FIN SOUP SPICES

Seah’s Spices Singapore Recipe for Scallop Shark Fin Soup Spices 66g

Preparation :
1 sachet of spices 100g enoki mushroom (Root removed.)
1 egg 4 bowls water (1000ml / 34ozl) * 1 bowl ~ 250ml

Method
1. Boil 875ml water.
2. Place enoki mushroom in boiling water and simmer for 2 mins.
3. Blend dry mix with 125ml water. Stir in till broth thickens. Turn off fire.
4. Beat in egg. Serve hot. Note: To enhance texture and flavoring, include shark fin (250g) and crab meat (20g).
