SEAH’S SINGAPORE BAK KUT THE SPICES

A Popular Chinese Soup Served Widely in Singapore. It is generally cooked with various parts of the pork ribs. Our hearty blend of herbs and spices, which required no additional seasonings.

Serving for 3-4 Persons

Method :
Boil 1500 ml water
Place sachet and prepared pork ribs in boiling water
Simmer for 30 minutes in low heat
Add Garlic and continue simmer for another 15 minutes
Done

Preparation
• 1 sachet of spices
• 1kg pork ribs – boil for 5 minutes and rinse the boiled pork ribs to remove scum
• 8 pieces of garlic (with skin intact)
• 6 bowls of water (1500ml)
